The process flow is: raw material selection → cleaning → peeling and slicing → color protection treatment → drying → packaging.


1. Choose fresh mangoes that have a maturity of 8-9% and have thick flesh and good color as raw materials.


2. Pour the mangoes into a running water tank to make them clear and clean, peel them, and cut them lengthwise into mango slices with a thickness of about 10mm.


3. Soak the sliced mangoes in sugar water for 3 days to increase the color, etc. After draining the water, put the raw materials evenly on the drying rack, and then put them in the drying room to dry.


4. During the drying period, the drying temperature shall not exceed 50℃. The drying mode in the early stage is the drying plus dehumidification mode, and the drying mode in the later stage is the drying mode.


5. When the product reaches the moisture content required for drying, it is generally about 15%-18%. You can put the product in a closed container and let it soften for 2-3 hours so that the moisture content of each part is balanced, and the texture is soft and convenient. package.
