4.1 Structure

★ Consists of a front support, a feed hopper, a screw, a filter, a juicer, a rear support, a slag outlet, etc. The left end of the spiral spindle is supported in the rolling bearing housing, and the right end is supported in the handwheel bearing housing. 2. Working principle

★ The main component of this equipment is a screw. The bottom diameter of the screw gradually increases along the direction of the slag outlet and the pitch of the screw gradually decreases. When the material is pushed by the screw, the volume of the screw cavity is reduced, resulting in squeezing of the material and juicing .

★ The rotation direction of the screw spindle is clockwise when viewed from the feed hopper to the slag trough.

★ The raw materials are added to the feed hopper and pressed by the screw. The squeezed juice flows into the juicer at the bottom through the filter, while the slag passes through the annular gap formed between the screw and the conical part of the pressure regulator. Discharge, the movement of the pressure regulating head in the axial direction can adjust the size of the gap. When turning the handwheel bearing seat clockwise by hand (viewed from the slag outlet of the equipment to the end of the hopper), the pressure regulating head is turned to the left, and the gap is reduced, otherwise the gap becomes larger. Changing the size of the pores, that is, adjusting the resistance of slag discharge, can change the juice yield. However, if the pores are too small, under strong extrusion, part of the slag particles will be squeezed out through the filter together with the juice. Although the juice yield increases, the quality of the juice is relatively reduced. Therefore, the size of the pores should be determined by the user's specific process requirements. Depends.
