Pomegranate peeling machine is one of the equipment for deep processing of pomegranate. This machine is developed by our company on the basis of foreign technology such as Italy. It is used to separate pomegranates from the skin and grains. It is essential equipment for the pre-processing of pomegranate juice extraction. Its working principle is that the pomegranate enters the upper crushing device from the feed hopper, and the whole pomegranate is crushed and broken into several pieces through the relative squeezing of the crushing roller and the sharp pressure of the blade on the roller; the crushing roller of the upper crushing device is made of stainless steel. The gap between the two rollers can be adjusted to 20-30mm; then it enters the lower crushing device for the second crushing.

 The lower crushing roller is made of non-toxic and high-elastic rubber, which has little damage to the pomegranate skin seeds. The gap between the two rollers can be adjusted by 10-20mm; After two stages of crushing, the pomegranate that has been basically separated from the skin and seeds falls into a separation device (a combination of separation shaft and rotary screen) equipped with frequency conversion speed regulation. Under the rotation of the separation shaft and the separation device, the pomegranate seeds and part of the juice leaks from the sieve and enters the next process through the discharge port (transported to the juicer or other by the screw pump); the pomegranate peel is discharged from the tail of the equipment. The whole machine is made of high-quality stainless steel except for the reducer and some transmission parts. The diameter of the rotating screen is 12-18 mm.
