The frozen meat grinder uses the high-pressure conveying screw to drive the meat to the front-end cutting assembly, where it is pressurized, and the working auger rotates in the "high-pressure pipe". The spiral groove in the auger sleeve helps to propel the material and avoid backflow. The auger and cutting assembly are removed by the standard ejector. The seamless material tray is embedded in the body. The frozen meat grinder can directly process the boneless meat pieces that have not been thawed at -18°C into particles of different diameters. Minced frozen meat at a temperature of -18°C will not damage the structure of muscle fiber tissue. No need to defrost, reduce the loss of nutrients and protein of the meat, and can also wring the slowed meat. Do the preliminary work for chopping or mixing.
